Surveying (Construction)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Project Documentation, AutoCAD
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiarity with overall development and construction progress would be an added advantage
• Possess good organization & time management skills
• Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good attitude toward teamwork
• 4 years and above experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities:
• Measurement and taking off
• Material Control
• To attend and assist the Project Person in Charge on coordination matter
• To prepare a valuation of subcontractors’ progress claim
• To assist in any ad-hoc duties when required by superior
